Your £5 reward will be paid shortly after your friend's first card transaction has cleared (becomes "settled").

Important transaction rules:

• Pending or declined transactions do not count. You can check the status by tapping the transaction in your app. If it says "Pending," you must wait for the merchant to process the payment, or make another purchase. Kroo cannot manually speed up or change a pending status.
• Eligible payments: Your friend can use their physical Kroo card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• No minimum spend: There is no minimum amount required for the first purchase to qualify.
• Account eligibility: Please note that if your account is currently blocked or under review, you will not be eligible to receive the referral reward.
