- The majority of Kroo applications are processed in seconds, but some need to be manually reviewed. If your application is still being processed, this could take up to 7 working days to complete. However, during periods of high referral volumes, this may take longer. You don’t need to get in touch with us - we’ll let you know as soon as your application has been processed.
- If you apply before the cut-off date of 1st February 2024 and spend on your card within 30 days you will still be eligible for the £10 reward payment.
