I referred a friend but haven't received my reward — what's happening?

Haven't received your referral reward yet? Don’t worry, there are a few common reasons why a payout might be delayed. Take a look at the common reasons below to make sure everything has been completed correctly by you and your friend.

Your friend may not have completed all the steps yet. 

They need to:

  1. Use your link to submit their email.
  2. Download the app using the same email.
  3. Open a Kroo account.
  4. Make a qualifying card payment.

Your friend could have signed up with a different email address.

Your friend must use the same email address they submitted through your referral link when they download and register in the Kroo app. If they use a different email, the referral will not be tracked.

You have already referred 10 friends.

If you reach a limit of 10 successful referrals and earn £50 in referral bonus, you can still share Kroo with friends, but you won't receive further rewards.
