Kroo Current Account Holders
Scheduled repayments will be automatically taken out of your Kroo current account on the repayment date, and you can make additional payments by contacting our Customer Support through the Kroo app by visiting the ‘Account’ tab and tapping on the ‘Loan management’ section available there.

Kroo Loan Only Customers
Scheduled repayments are taken automatically by Direct Debit from the account you set up when applying for your loan. If the Direct Debit fails on the date of repayment, you will need to make a payment to your loan account using the loan account details in the Manage section of your loan on the Kroo website. You can also make additional payments to your loan at any time using these account details.
