What if I want someone to make a payment into my Kroo Bank account?

You will need to give the person your full first and last name as it appears on your Kroo account as well as the sort code and account number. That way they can match the details they enter with the details we hold for you.

Remember that the name on your debit card may only have your initials so you must provide your full first and last name for Confirmation of Payee to match your details.
